OUR PRODUCTION PHILOSOPHY

Every piece in our shop is strictly made to order. We only print on demand and therefore don't mass-produce inventory sitting in warehouses not knowing if anyone actually wants or needs it. Instead, we create your fair and organic product specifically for you, only when you order it. This approach allows us to:

OUR GLOBAL FULFILLMENT NETWORK

To get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we automatically route the production of your order to the fulfillment center closest to you. There is at least one fulfilment center in each of the following regions:

  • European Union (EU)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States (USA)

This means faster production times, shorter shipping distances, and lower environmental impact.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is produced at the appropriate fulfillment center, it ships directly to you. Delivery times vary by product and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days for USA, EU, UK and 10-30 business days for the rest of the world depending on your location and product type
  • Shipping to USA, EU and UK is included in your product price (Free Shipping)
  • Shipping to the Rest of the World is free for orders with a minum order value of $100, below that value we charge a reasonable shipping fee between $5 and $9
  • You'll receive tracking information once your order ships

Please note: Production and shipping times are estimates. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, factors like high order volume or custom requests may occasionally cause slight delays. We'll keep you informed if this happens.

IMPORTANT: When placing your order please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup.

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

Our Free Shipping offers cover logistical costs only. It does NOT cover import taxes, customs duties, or other fees that may apply to international orders.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, UK, or USA:

• Your order may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes
• These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT covered by our free shipping offer
• The recipient's country of residence will determine the applicable taxes/duties
• Your local customs authority will contact you with payment instructions if applicable

We have no control over these government-imposed fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept responsibility for any applicable import duties or taxes.

A note on VPNs: We fully support digital privacy and the use of VPNs as a powerful tool to protect yourself from surveillance and corporate control. However, if you are based in the EU, Europe or the UK and are browsing our shop through a VPN server located outside your region, our system may not be able to route your order to the correct fulfillment center. This could result in unexpected customs fees or longer delivery times that we cannot cover. So while we encourage you to stay private online, we kindly ask our EU, European and UK comrades to browse our shop from a server within your region when placing an order. Any customs charges resulting from incorrect location detection remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that our customers may be unsatisfied with their purchase from time to time. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales of our custom clothing products are final. We will make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of their purchase, and we are always willing to work with customers to resolve any issues they have with their order.
